PURPOSE

• The Intention behind our society is for it to be a space for “like intentioned” individuals to share resources and ideas to problem solve, share knowledge and tips, and have community and accountability.

• One thing about successful people is they always had at least one other person who helped them in some way advance in their idea.

• So, what to do if you are the biggest dreamer and doer in your circle? Come to GMTA.

HOW IT WORKS

• Commitment: 12 months

• Shared goal: become a millionaire within 12 months in an ethical way

• Class/Cohort Size is limited: this cohort is limited to a maximum of 8 total members and minimum of 4.

  • Small intentional group of individuals committed to bringing their best to the group and are consistent.

  • We want to ensure we are establishing a solid foundation to build future classes/cohort based on the achievements from this cohort.

  • ENROLLMENT CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 FOR THE INAUGURAL CLASS.

• Required to participate in Weekly check-ins:

  • These are brief virtual meeting check-ins to provide quality updates on progress on our respective endeavors, discuss any challenges, share resources.

  • There is no sharing of trade secrets or intellectual property. Members can of course make separate arrangements on their own.

  • Time of the weekly check-in will be a time agreed upon by the majority of the group.

• Required to participate in Monthly meeting:

  • Monthly meetings are structured to have more in-depth conversations around challenges and solutions, as well as to provide and opportunity to test ideas and strategies amongst other members and get feedback.

  • There is no sharing of trade secrets or intellectual property. Members can of course make separate arrangements on their own.

  • Time and duration of the monthly meeting will be a time agreed upon by the majority of the group.

• Members are fined $5 USD for complaining.

  • The money will be put in a general fund for the group to unanimously agree on how to use it at the end of the 12 months.

  • This is not about toxic positivity.

  • It is about nurturing a positive environment for all of us to reach this mutual goal with our respective unique ideas in a healthy positive environment.

  • It is about staying focused and bringing our best energy and focus to the community.

  • We are sure you have other family or friends that will lend you an ear for complaining. But just not this space/group.

  • Therefore, no “I Cant” or “It isnt possible”, etc. a

• Members are fined $150 USD if you leave the class/cohort before the 12 month period. The funds will be evenly distributed to the remaining members of the cohort.

• Private messaging group on Signal for interim discussion between meetings.

• Meetings: members are required to attend and participate in all meetings and be undistracted during meetings (see exceptions).

  • this only works if everyone is invested.

  • video is required for all meetings (see exceptions).

  • exceptions: of course for medical/health reasons exceptions are made.

COST

• Your time and intentional and thoughtful contributions. We take participation seriously.

• No cash cost (except see mention of Fines).

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FIRST INAUGURAL CLASS

• You are on a goal to make your first million dollars

• You believe you are the only thing between you and your success

• You already have an idea you are passionate about

• You believe that anything is possible and why not you

• You will follow the code of conduct (see application form)

• You will be an active participant in the community and in the meetings

  • To really foster a community of individuals that can support each other in flourishing we do require consistency, in attendance or contributions. If you are half in and half out then that can be disruptive to the goals. Please note we understand that emergencies arise.

• You are already self-disciplined and focused

• You are looking to be in community with others where you are not the biggest dreamer in your circle anymore.

• You are responsive.

• You want to be a part of and contribute to a group of “like intentioned” individuals that know that businesses and commerce can have a positive impact on the world and local communities.

• You want to be a part of and contribute to a group of “like intentioned” individuals that are interested in always learning and expanding their knowledge.

• You want to be a part of and contribute to a group of “like intentioned” individuals that enjoy discussing pertinent business topics.

• You understand that each individual has their own experience and perspective that may be different from yours. So while this group is for “like intentioned” individuals they may not always be “like minded” which we think is great and helps us all grow.

• You will do your best to adhere to the time and contribution commitments.
