At GMTA, we noticed that many individuals and team leaders may have originally liked their role or were excited about a project but start to experience burnout or imposter syndrome or even start to despise their work because they are disorganized or overwhelmed by a plan or process that is overwhelming and not sustainable or is overly administrative for those with a strong creative side.
We aim to show and remind people that being organized and collaborating as a team can be established in a way that provides more freedom and still leads to the success of the project/process/goal. This is truly applicable for everyone: from those new to the workforce, to those re-entering the workforce, to those who have been in the workforce for a while and experience recurring burnout.
This resource is for every industry and professional level, whether you are in the service industries or corporate. Whether you have an active job or a desk job. Having a process and approach unique to you gives you the freedom to evolve and will help you identify the right team members most aligned with your goals.
