Why did you enroll in this training? Having practiced and lead customer service department, I have discovered that not only are we all into customer service, whether we are the CEO, or mail delivery person but that CS is a continuously evolving space. I wanted to glean into the perspective of GMTA's CS insights.

This course is amazing! It is very thorough. It is not your typical course.
It is smooth and it really makes me focus on what type of professional do i want to be and not to just do things blindly but with intention keeping my bigger goals at the forefront. And, tangible tools that can help me execute projects effectively and polished.
I truly enjoyed this course. I made a ritual out of it. Each day I would I grab my tea and a snack and settle in and enjoy the course with my notes handy.
And the toolkit truly is timeless. I can use these over and over again and customize to my preference.
