Why did you enroll in this training? Having practiced and lead customer service department, I have discovered that not only are we all into customer service, whether we are the CEO, or mail delivery person but that CS is a continuously evolving space. I wanted to glean into the perspective of GMTA's CS insights.

I am aware that customer service skills are very important when looking for a new job, and they can help you stand out from other candidates.
My first language is Spanish, and I am still improving my English. This training provides me with more tools and knowledge to communicate effectively and interact with people. I believe that sometimes simple things can make a big difference in the way we serve customers and build positive relationships.
Has the course met your expectations?: I believe this course enhances my customer service skills and broadens my perspective. It is valuable to learn different approaches and viewpoints. It also reminds me that small actions and simple details can make a significant difference in the customer experience, something I try to keep in mind in both my professional and personal life.

What is one thing you enjoyed about the training or gained from the training?: The sections go straight to the point, use easy vocabulary, and provide short but complete information.
This course is amazing! It is very thorough. It is not your typical course.
It is smooth and it really makes me focus on what type of professional do i want to be and not to just do things blindly but with intention keeping my bigger goals at the forefront. And, tangible tools that can help me execute projects effectively and polished.
I truly enjoyed this course. I made a ritual out of it. Each day I would I grab my tea and a snack and settle in and enjoy the course with my notes handy.
And the toolkit truly is timeless. I can use these over and over again and customize to my preference.
